We have an opportunity to join our dynamic team of Legal Recovery Specialists for the right person with a passion for helping people. Using cutting edge omni-channel communication technology you'll provide caring customer service to consumers at every touch point via text, email, and phone calls. We care about how our team interacts with consumers, so you'll learn of to make every conversation as positive and productive as possible- we'll provide all of the necessary training for you to be successful!
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week. After training, start times vary with a day Saturday rotation, once a month. During the initial training, hours are from 10am - 7 pm CST.
Where you will work: This is a Work from Home opportunity for those in the Houston, Texas area only!
Work-from-Home Requirements:
- Minimum of 1year prior collection experience, preferred.
- Dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours.
- Internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is hard-wired (Ethernet connected) from the modem to your company PC.
- You must have a desktop or laptop to use during the initial training. Professional will provide all computer equipment after the initial training.
- Your desktop work surface must have room for 2 PC monitors.
- You will be required to sign and acknowledge these work-from-home requirements.
- Must have a personal cell phone to install a security application.
- Must be present in virtual work environment via company provided webcam during all working hours.
- Must be meeting minimum performance levels and KPI's.
A day in the life of a PROFESSIONAL Remote Legal Recovery Specialist:
- Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers.
- We will train you to take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Navigate cutting edge Accounts Receivable Management and Legal Management System (LMS) software.
- Work closely with our internal Legal department staff that includes Litigation, Small Claims and Attorney staff.
- Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns, and help consumers gain financial freedom.
- General Computer skills is required with the ability to navigate multiple screens and type 45 words per minute.
- Learn basic skiptracing skills and settlement negotiation skills related to legal files.
- Begin building a solid foundation of knowledge learning about the legal process of a lawsuit.
- Exercise good decision-making, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
