Quality Manager

Job Description
The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the company's quality standards. They will work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance quality and efficiency. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of quality control inspectors and ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance quality and efficiency
- Manage a team of quality control inspectors
- Ensure that all products and services meet the company's quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the organization
- Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and processes
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that their products and services meet the company's quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
