JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Quality Management Director with overseeing the Quality Management strategy for the Consumer Direct Care Network. Ensure that appropriate quality controls are in place, identify trends, analyze trends for root cause(s), and assist with corrective action plans to improve process outputs. Handles complex projects and provides direct support to senior leadership on projects, as needed.
JOB DUTIES
- Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding delivery of services, as needed, based on program requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide assistance and support with the preparation and execution of the internal and external audit
- Review and analyze data integrity
- Demonstrate dependability
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exhibit computer efficiency especially with Microsoft Excel
- Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
- Participate in professional development and training activities
- Prioritize and multitask effectively
- Knowledgeable about specific program requirements
- Provide peer mentoring, training, and oversight to coworkers
- Provide customer service support for escalated issues
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years previous office experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. We provide coordinated service delivery in 14 states and the District of Columbia. Our services span from financial management services and support brokerage to traditional agency in-home care and caregiving to behavioral health.
