Job Description
Responsible for evaluating and assuring the quality of a product, system, service, or software. In the tech industry, that primarily consists of systems and software.
Requirements:- Consistently completes target number of evaluations and ensures each is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Develops documentation to assist in the performance of tasks and ensure there is no interruption in team deliverables.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on Quality Management systems, policies, protocols, procedures, etc.
- Ability to answer questions related to all utilized Quality Management systems.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and mistakes within documentation/procedures to ensure uniformity across all team members and roles.
- Facilitates learning through demonstration and teaching to improve the overall quality of the team performance. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's clinical operations, patient populations, and healthcare environment to inform analysis and recommendations.
- Analyzes data to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical decisions and support prospective business decisions. Develops, maintains and manages advanced reporting, analytics and dashboards through use of a business intelligence solution. Creates reports and presents analytics to upper management and executive leadership.
- Collaborates with team members to ensure data and reports meet contract requirements. Provides analytic expertise and guidance to other staff as required.
Masters in Healthcare or related field of study and 6 months experience
