Role: Data Quality Management Analyst - Atlan, RMS

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing Data Quality strategies and standards that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Overseeing the management of Data Quality within the organization, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
Leading and managing Data Quality projects, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver value to the organization.
Implementing and overseeing data governance practices to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Creating reports on Data Quality metrics to inform stakeholders and decision-makers about the state of Data Quality within the organization.
Leading and mentoring a team of Data Quality analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborating with different departments to ensure Data Quality needs are met and integrated into business processes.
Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Data Quality Management to continually improve the organization's Data Quality capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Data Quality Management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of maintaining and improving Data Quality.
Advanced skills in SQL for complex query writing, data extraction, and database management.
A strong background in Retail, Merchandizing, and Supply chain projects is a must-have.
Experience with Atlan - Data Discovery-Catalog tool is required.
Deep understanding of data governance practices and a strong understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations.
Certifications in data governance, data management, or related fields (e.g., CDMP, DAMA) are a plus.
Proficiency in using Data Quality tools and technologies to inspect, cleanse, transform, and model data to improve its quality. (Atlan, IBM Infosphere, Talend, etc.)
Skills in managing Data Quality projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they deliver value and align with business objectives.
A solid grasp of business operations, and strategy, and the ability to understand and align with the organization's goals.
Proven experience in leading projects and teams, including the mentorship of junior analysts.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex Data Quality concepts to non-technical audiences.
Flexibility in learning and adopting new technologies, methodologies, and tools to stay at the forefront of Data Quality trends.
A keen eye for detail is necessary for quality assurance and to ensure the accuracy of data.

Pay: $84,590.40 - $101,872.30 per year
