As the Quality Lead your mission is to be responsible for all outcomes associated with ensuring that the machine maximizes availability and enables the teams to success operationally. You ensure communication between operations and maintenance and correct prioritization for maintenance activities and manages defects/failures. You also provide support to the Asset Owner, Maintenance Lead, and oversee quality initiatives

Accountable
- Define standard processes and tools to handle defects (DH) and ensures that processes are executed properly to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Ensure compliance and conformity with established quality standards
Responsible
- Follow up with operators to ensure that any defects were handled properly
- Support operators in identifying and solving problems that caused breakdowns
- Perform quality testing or have it performed by employees and follow up
- Apply and enforce quality standards in accordance with established programs (ISO, ONE Certification, BRC, HACCP, etc.)
- Train all employees on the various quality standards to be respected
- Establish and monitor testing and audit plans (who, what, when, how)
- Interact daily with operations supervisors following line audits
