POSITION SUMMARY:
We are working to ensure that only a defect-free, compliant product that meets the customer’s expectations is shipped.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviewing customer requirements
Maintaining controls and documentation procedures
Monitoring performance by gathering data to and from factories and DCs
Reviewing all TOPS, preproduction, and SMS samples for quality
Managing the execution of product testing
Maintain sample inventory.
Assisting with product testing
Assisting with PLM tech packs
Working with factories to make sure all data is valid and verifiable
