Description:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control specialist. As part of our company's commitment to delivering high-quality products and services, the Quality Control specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services meet the required standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections to ensure they meet the quality requirements
- Conduct quality checks to identify any potential defects or deviations from the set standards
- Collaborate closely with operations team to provide guidance on Quality Control procedures and assist in resolving any quality-related issues
- Develop and implement Quality Control plans and procedures to enhance product quality and consistency
- Conduct regular audits to Quality Control protocols and identify areas for improvement
- Investigate and analyze customer complaints and internal non-conformance to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of Quality Control activities, test results, and any non-conformance issues
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must have clean driving record
- Must have a clean background
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) in both verbal and writing
Schedule (FT) M-F 5pm-1:30am
