Quality Control Manager

What Are We Looking For:
Conhagen is looking for a Quality Control Manager with 1-2 years of engineering and rotating equipment experience as well as an eye for detail to ensure all of Conhagen's products and services continue to meet customer and industry standards. This person will conduct Quality Control tests to ensure products are put to standards, study the production process, and gather data to monitor and create improvement plans with management when necessary.

Typical Day At The Office:

• Evaluate customer and sector demands and expectations to create efficient Quality Control systems.
• Create and evaluate plans for products or operations.
• Set requirements for raw materials or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
• Uphold health and safety standards and remain within legal boundaries.
• Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
• Monitor the product development processes to locate any discrepancies in quality norms.
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.
• Select the acceptable products or discard the faulty ones.
• Accurately record data and conduct statistical analysis on product Quality Control.
• Receive feedback from customers to evaluate if their needs are satisfied.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for the relevant executives.
• Remain vigilant for methods of advancement and create ne effective procedures.
• In-depth insight into traditional industry Quality Control processes and applicable legal guidelines.
• Cooperate with management to devise and complete projects and plans to amplify daily operations.
• Represent Conhagen professionally.

Requirements:

• Adequate understanding of the English language
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• All candidates receiving an employment offer must pass a standard drug screen and background check before employment begins
• Possess 1-2 years of engineering experience in a related field
• A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Possess sufficient vision; both near and distant, able to adjust visual deception
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs
• Adhere to company regulations and protocols

Working Conditions

• Predominantly in an office and location
• Extended periods at a computer
• Alfred Conhagen may request an extension of hours to meet customer requirements
• Communicate with staff, supervisors, and customers in person and through electronic means
