Your role in our mission
- Assists in establishing and documenting a tailored strategy quality plan for the performance of Quality Control activities for assigned project or task.
- Perform ongoing checks of daily work to confirm that accuracy rates and quality in scanned images are high.
- Develops and maintains standardized Quality Control documentation for projects and tasks to include quality metrics. Ensures documentation complies with policies and procedures or best practices.
- Perform analysis and reviews of performance standards and contract requirements and report quality performance. Escalates unresolved issues to appropriate level.
- Evaluates work products to assess quality and reports findings. Research alternative solutions to problems, determines proper approaches and makes verbal and/or written recommendations to appropriate parties.
- Collaborate with operational, technical, and account subject matter experts and leaders.
- Maintains knowledge of requirements and process changes for both the Account and Client.
- Participates in special projects, external audits and process improvements in support of Quality Control initiatives.

The pay range for this position is $43,100.00 - $61,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
