Quality Control Shop Associate

Position Overview:

Our Warehouse Associates in the Quality Control Shop are responsible for repairing, finishing and completing all projects in our Quality Control Shop. You will be required to repair windows, doors, and other projects according to specific dimensions and special requests.

Essential Job Functions:

• Use and maintain various hand and/or power tools.
• Must be able to follow project requests and guidelines.
• Have the ability to manage assigned workloads and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Must be capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Work under pressure, at times, to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to push up to 120lbs.
• Scan, pick, and receive material orders.
• Previous experience with painting, finishing details on projects, and/or Bondo work

Required Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of Carpentry or apprenticeship is a plus!
• Previous experience working in an assembly shop, autobody, or finishing work a PLUS
• Previous experience working with power tools and construction tools
• Ability to work Days (9AM – 5:30PM)
• Some Saturdays may be required based on season and workload

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear and lift 50+ pounds regularly with and without the assistance of machines. The employee can expect to work in a favorable warehouse environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
