Quality Inspector **URGENTLY HIRING**
Our growing, state-of-the-art facility in Erie has an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Quality Inspector. Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Quality Inspector verifies material and product meet applicable requirements of finished goods according to IPC standards.

Our Quality Inspectors are actively involved in quality related activities essential to maintaining and improving acceptable products being delivered to our customer(s).
What you’ll do:
- Perform visual inspection of both printed circuit boards and assemblies
- Verify material according to applicable acceptance criteria (IPC, IIP, data sheets, etc.)
- Interpret drawings, work instructions, job routings, test instructions, BOM’s and inspection documents
- Identify/segregate nonconformist material according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of product acceptance and FAI requirements
- Communicate systemic and/or catastrophic nonconformities to Quality and Operations management
- Verify in-process and finished product according to applicable standards and criteria (QSL, customer print, established program, etc.)
- Perform inspections using optical equipment and x-ray equipment
What will make you stand out?
- Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in an electronic manufacturing environment
- Previous OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable
- Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities
- Excellent communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas
