We have a rewarding and exciting opportunity for Quality Control associates.
Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs. regularly. Must be able to stand while working. Adhere to all safety procedures, rules and regulations.
Work Schedule:
Great Work Schedule Monday – Friday schedule 8 am - 4:30 pm,
Saturday hours when required: 6am– 2:30pm (overtime)

Quality Control Associates – Responsibilities and duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Summary: Maintains product quality standards by performing incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspection of electronic assemblies according to documentation and industry quality standards.
- Approves incoming materials through verification of specifications; conducting visual inspection, functional testing and measurements; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Approves in-process and finished goods production by verifying specifications according to approved documentation.
- Performs inspection of electrical components assemblies according to specifications.
- Performs audits/inspection of assembly processes, quality data, calibration logs and others processes and control points.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work requirements; inputting data into quality database.
- Assists in the creation, development, evaluation, and documentation of quality procedures and systems.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
- Knowledge regarding handling and processing RMA’s.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to work standing.
- Adhere to all company rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
