The Position
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of Quality Control Department Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
You will:
o Lead and manage the Quality Control team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the highest standards of quality are consistently met.
o Establish and enforce Quality Control protocols, procedures, and standards to optimize production processes and minimize errors.
o Provide guidance and support to departmental staff on quality assurance procedures, techniques, and best practices.
o Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the Quality Control department.
o Oversee all aspects of product inspection, including verifying angles, lengths, color criteria, and identifying defective materials.
o Develop and adhere to company quality assurance principles.
o Collaborate with other Department Managers and Production Managers to address and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to established criteria.
o Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related inquiries and concerns, liaising between departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and efficiency.
o Provide training, coaching, and support to Quality Control team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
o Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the department, encouraging skill enhancement and professional growth opportunities.
o Maintain accurate records of Quality Control activities, including inspection reports, metrics, and feedback data.
o Generate comprehensive reports and analysis to track performance trends, identify root causes of quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.

The Past Experience
o Bachelor's degree in quality management, or a related field (preferred).
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
o Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
o Excellent knowledge of Quality Control principles, methodologies, and tools.
