Provide support for internal Call Center. Responsibilities include completing a minimum number of call evaluations per agent per month, tracking and managing Quality Assurance scores, and completing coaching with agents, as needed. On-site employee to work as part of the Compliance Oversight & Development team. Ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent focus. Candidate should have an interest in the sales process and a strong commitment and personal connection to compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Quality Checks on Medicare telephonic enrollments
• Quickly & accurately Compile reports in Microsoft Excel
• Communicate professionally (written & verbal) with agents, carriers & the Call Center Leadership Team
• Accurately & efficiently evaluate Call Center Sales agents' recorded calls (English & Spanish)
Required Qualifications:
• Fluent Spanish speaker (insurance-related technical proficiency, a plus)
• College Education (Technical Writing, English, Journalism, Linguistics, Computer Science, Business, or Communications, a plus)
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint (advanced excel proficiency, a plus)
• Basic computer proficiency
• 1-2 years' experience working in an office
• Strong typing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exceptional listening skills
• Strong writing & verbal communication skills
• Strong reading comprehension
• Strong interpersonal & attention to detail skills
• Ability to learn various computer software programs
• Bachelor's Degree
• Insurance industry experience
• Any professional writing
