Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise equipment for quality system inspections, ensuring the highest standards in production work.
- Operate cutting-edge computer software programs related to the Quality and Production Departments.
- Conduct in-process and internal audits, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Administer and monitor instrument calibration and hurricane certification programs for metal doors.
- Train and mentor production and administration personnel, contributing to a skilled and efficient workforce.
- Ability to read calipers, micrometers and other measuring equipment.
- Read & understand prints and drawings.

Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
- One to two years of previous work-related experience.
- Knowledge of quality system supervision methods, materials, and equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Problem-solving ability and a knack for practical solutions.
Physical Demands:
