As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Customer Service operations for global brands, managing administrative tasks, and providing remote support to our global brands from the comfort of your own home.
Duties:
- Providing contact center services from home
- Supporting some of the largest companies in the world
- Documenting all issues, resolution and follow up actions
Experience:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Great Customer Service and communication skills.
