Quality Assurance Specialist
Salary: $22-25 per hour
Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in medical device manufacturing? Our client, a premier contract manufacturer of medical devices in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their dynamic team. With over 40 years of industry expertise, our client serves global Fortune 500 med-tech companies and innovative startups.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures
- Create training materials and operational manuals
- Document Quality Assurance activities and generate reports
- Perform routine inspections and quality tests
- Identify and resolve production issues
- Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations
- Investigate discrepancies in reports and records
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of auditing processes and product inspection
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance tools and methods
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- ASQC or CQT certification a plus
- 3-5+ years of related experience preferred
