SalaryPosition Available: Data Entry Specialist
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of data into our company’s databases, as well as reviewing documents for completeness and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into various company databases with a high level of precision. (HMIS, Salesforce experience are a plus!)
- Ensure the integrity of data by conducting thorough reviews and audits of documents.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data entry errors, and liaise with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Recent, relevant experience and complete proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software is mandatory and mission critical for this position!
