Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems.
- Lead and support project teams in the development and execution of quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) principles and practices.
- Experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and implementation.
- Proven track record of conducting quality audits and inspections.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with quality control techniques such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure mode effects analysis.
- Knowledge of 8D Reports.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
- Understanding of FDA regulations related to product quality.
