The Quality Assurance Manager role performs a wide range of key functions necessary for the continued running of each school facility, and is responsible for leading compliance, safety, and regulatory initiatives to keep each center up to BBMA standards. This position is home-based in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina or Tennessee areas, with occasional overnight travel required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner.
- Document, implement and measure the effects of Operational Best Practices.
- Identify areas for operational excellence through improving consistency across all centers.
- Propose data-driven strategic initiatives for rollout across the network with an eye for consistency, profitability and operational excellence
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability through creating consistency across centers.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI.
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Communicate quality standards and parameters to the supervisory team, and other appropriate staff.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement auditing processes and procedures.
- Identify and analyze issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems reoccur in the same locations; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
- Review client, customer, and user feedback.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Create ways to track usage and implementation of all new and existing processes.
- Visit centers (50% travel) with a purpose of quality evaluation, training and center improvement opportunities.
- Train staff members on policies and procedures in a live or virtual setting across all regions.
- Create training sessions and seminars to be housed in the company Learning Management System.
- Communicate on a regular basis with all stakeholders regarding findings, process improvement, and any other information relative to the role.
- Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- At least five years of extensive Quality Assurance experience, particularly in the child education sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or business administration required.
- Experience using Quality Assurance software and databases.
- Strong mathematical skills, reporting, measuring, calibrating, and calculating specifications.
- Demonstrated ability and track record of following through on multi-site project plans and completion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to implement various formulas and pivot tables within Excel to properly capture and analyze data.
- Advanced experience in database management.
- The ability to maintain a confidential stance with respect to the business and affairs of the Company.
