We have an exciting opportunity available for you as a Termite and Pest Control Technician at our Terminix Branch located in Elkin, NC.
What you will be doing:
- Servicing residential locations in order to control pest problems
- Performing routine services - perimeter treatment, dealing with Pest Control issues - and seasonal pest services (mosquitos, etc.)
- Identifying, selecting, and applying chemical or manual solutions to eliminate pests
- Installing, inspecting, and maintaining Sentricon stations (termite protection)
- Selling services to new and existing customers.
- Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of infestation, damage, or moisture issues
- Performing crawl space remediation such as French drains, vapor barriers, dehumidification, and vents
- Establishing or rehabilitating insulation in attics and sub-floor
Compensation:
In addition to having more independence in your scheduling, we provide you with the opportunity to control your income. While some positions provide the same wage regardless of effort, at Terminix you have unlimited earnings potential. Our commission-based pay structure rewards you for completing services, making sales, and provides a bonus system each month for achieving your goals!
Technicians average between $40k to $50k annually, but our pay structure doesn't limit you to this average!
