The Position
Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary
Based at our manufacturing plant in Sandersville, GA, we are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for all Quality Assurance and Quality Control for the Sanderville, GA and Langley, SC sites including ISO certification, customer complaints, nonconforming reduction, and continuous Improvement
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate follow-up for customer complaints with sales with focus on root cause elimination to reduce key complaints
- Improve control in the US Clays Operations by gathering, compiling, and analyzing performance data to reduce nonconforming material
- Maintain ISO certification
- Manage the complaint system for the US Clays sites
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of quality experience including ISO
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a continuous improvement environment
- Minimum 2 years of working with sampling and statistics
- Experience with customer relations
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:
- excellent computer skills with excel and database

- willingness to travel to customer plants the N. America
