Job Description
We are looking for entry-level QA Inspectors to join our team!
The Quality Assurance Inspector conducts independent inspection functions to verify product conforms to specifications. Must be highly detailed, have good communication (oral and written), and good computer skills. This individual monitors, processes and provides support to operations, and enforces cGMPs and SOPs. This individual distributes the required production records, releases in-process quality monitoring inspections, and performs QA material review by conducting objective measurements & subjective
analysis of gummy products.
Responsibilities:
- Performs and documents a wide variety of inspections, checks, tests and sampling procedures during the manufacturing process
- Performs line clearance for removal of all previous products, components and foreign materials
- Approves workstations for readiness prior to use
- Monitors all aspects of the manufacturing operations and reports non-conformance's to Supervisor/Manager
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
- Performs reconciliation and closing of batch records
- Inspects and checks in-process and final product according to written procedures and specifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School graduate and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in English, verbal and written skills.
