The Quality Assurance Consultant supports the business segment by developing, maintaining and training workflows for all roles, including new hires and partnered firms. They also lead Quality Assurance efforts to ensure data integrity and adherence to standards. The role requires a heightened awareness of the Azimuth and ability to live the Azimuth by example.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Works with others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program.
- Performs ongoing training for colleagues.
- Collaborates with other business segments (PRM, CRMG, Operations and Human Resources) to investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Maintains a strong understanding of workflows, procedures and core values
- Communicates policies & procedures and maintains adherence to applicable standards
- Provides direction and guidance to business segments for the resolution of identified weaknesses or deficiencies.
- Provides leadership with the results of audit activities and reports
- Conducts investigations and participates in projects for leadership
- Develops and maintains reports for leadership
- Supports firm Leadership in the maintenance of insurance company partner contracts
- Understands and articulates roles and responsibilities within the business segment
- Participates in new partnership integration

The starting pay is 66,415.00 - 98,900.00 USD Annual plus. Salary is negotiable upon time of offer.
