PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

We are currently looking for bright and ambitious individuals to fill the position of Software Quality Assurance Engineer. We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual with expertise in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up test automation frameworks from scratch and possess a deep understanding of Software Quality Assurance processes. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks from the ground up
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and implement effective automation solutions
Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure overall quality
Create and execute manual test cases based on project specifications
Develop and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
Ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify areas for improvement in existing test scripts
Contribute to the development of test plans and strategies based on project requirements
Collaborate with the QA team to integrate automated testing into the overall testing process
Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify and report software defects
Provide detailed and actionable feedback to facilitate the resolution of identified issues
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for efficient and consistent testing
Monitor and analyze test results to ensure the stability and reliability of the software
Lead efforts to train and mentor existing QA team members in test automation
Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team's automation capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years as a Software QA Engineer
Extensive experience with automated QA tools
Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on both manual and automated testing
Demonstrated experience in setting up automation frameworks from scratch
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium)
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Solid experience in manual testing methodologies and best practices
Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to effectively communicate test results and issues to stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address testing challenges
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Root cause analysis experience preferred
Git or other source control experience preferred
