Salesforce, Inc. seeks Quality Assurance Consultant in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties : Participate in planning activities, review stories, and features, and provide estimates. Understand and analyze user stories, requirements, or product specifications. Understand high-level concepts and use cases for manual testing. Design and develop functional, test scripts/cases and suites, including the ability to define success criteria, based on functional requirements. Develop and maintain manual test scripts, and test data for manual functional and regression test execution. Communicate discovered bugs or defects accurately and effectively to the team. Analyze test results, report defects, and track defects until closure. Schedules and performs functional, integration, regression, and release testing. Responsible to perform job duties with minimal supervision and escalate problems and concerns to leadership. Adhere to Salesforce policies and procedures. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements : Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or two (2) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements : (1) Marketing Cloud (MC); (2) Test case management and tools; (3) Defect management; (4) Agile principles; (5) APIs; (6) SQL; (7) GUIs; (8) SDLC; (9) Salesforce product knowledge; (10) Salesforce product QA (two years) and (11) CPQ Implementation. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,418 to $192,500.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,418 to $192,500.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,418 to $192,500.

For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,418 to $192,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
