PGS has an immediate opportunity for Quality Assurance and Compliance Analyst (CMMI & ISO) located in Washington D.C. Metro area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of audit activities, detection of problem areas, and delivering quality inspection.
This position is part-time and temporary through the Summer of 2024 with the possibility of extending the employment term.
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and execute a variety of Quality Assurance activities to ensure continual process improvement and Compliance with ISO and other external requirements.
- Compile, update and review documents to identify areas for improvement, conduct causal analysis on audit outcomes and implement appropriate corrective procedures
- Manage company-wide Quality Management System (QMS) manual including document control, writing, updates, and facilitating new process documentation.
- Administer multiple in-house management and Compliance tools; manage testing and implement version updates.
- Implement audit activities, detection of problem areas, and delivering quality inspection
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and client-facing accounts to foster and promote operational excellence and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Oversee risk management procedures and assist with documenting risks
- Ensure ongoing abidance by industry regulatory and quality requirements (i.e CMMI ML 4, ISO I001/20000/27001)
- Participate in both internal and external audits, as required
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree with five (5) years of experience; seven (7) years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Five (5) years of experience implementing CMMI ML 3 and ISO 9001/20000/27001 in government environments
- Three (3) years of experience in a technical or process-oriented Quality Assurance position
- Documented experience having passed audits without major non conformances
- Experience independently completing tasks, scheduling, and managing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
