DMV's Information Systems Division (ISD) is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Under the general direction of the Product Quality Group Manager, Information Technology (IT) Manager I, the IT Specialist I will support activities related to Digital Experience Platform Modernization (DXP) effort. This includes supporting Quality Assurance, Product Owner and PMO administration tasks, reporting, activity tracking and follow-ups, documentation, requirements analysis and system testing.
Key Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) or Testing skills;
• Trained and experienced in SDLC; and
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of degree and experience in IT field.
This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become Permanent.

Working Conditions
DMV operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The incumbent may be required to carry a work cell phone and laptop. There may also be times when the incumbent is required to attend an out-of-town conference, or work evenings and weekends to maintain project schedules.
Telework is available. Telework requires California residency.
This position may be required to occasionally report to the designated office location in DMV headquarters at 2415 First Avenue, Sacramento, California, 95818 . Travel expenses related to reporting to designated office is employee's own responsibility and is not eligible for reimbursement.

- Ability to prepare and produce clear and concise documentation (e.g., various project documentation, presentations, status reports/dashboards, etc.).
