We are actively accepting applications for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our QA team.In this role, you'll focus on executing Quality Assurance tests for SIDEARM's websites and mobile apps.
Responsibilities:
- Execute tests that help shape the fan experience across several of SIDEARM's digital products. This includes websites, mobile and OTT applications, and various digital product integrations.
- Test, identify, and isolate bugs and clearly communicate to test leads, developers, and other teams involved in the process.
- Work closely with the QA team to define and write test plans and test cases.
- Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
- Document Quality Assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.

Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in hands-on testing websites / mobile applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Genuine interest in the Quality Assurance field, bug identification, and bug isolation
- Advanced knowledge and familiarity with a host of digital products including but not limited to websites and mobile applications.
- Commitment to quality in the software development process and products
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with a growing team

We'll be extra impressed if you have:
- Knowledge of automated QA and testing tactics.
- Knowledge of content management system. Experience with the SIDEARM CMS is a big plus
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Fundamental knowledge of the QA process, Agile, and the software development lifecycle
- Understanding of agile/scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
Pay Transparency
The approximate base pay range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
