Expected salary range for this position is $33.41- $40.09 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
Evaluates various work products for AML functions including but not limited to currency transaction reports (CTR), suspicious activity reports (SAR), and other regulatory reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy in accordance with regulatory requirements, policy, and procedures.
Work closely with BSA/AML Management to provide feedback as appropriate and ensure any corrective actions required are completed.
Maintain awareness of BSA/AML, OFAC, and Patriot Act policy updates and procedural changes. Participate in the development and implementation of procedures and objectives for the QA function.
Develop a QA program i.e. database, quality control metrics. Implement and improve Quality Assurance processes and associated reporting metrics.
Assist in training opportunities with credit union employees on BSA/AML issues.
Responsible for supporting Senior BSA/AML Investigations Analyst and Risk Management
Participate in risk and departmental strategic initiatives, business as usual activities, ad hoc requests, and identify potential risk exposures.

Computer Skills: Verafin and Fiserv DNA experience (a plus, not required)
Additional Skills Required:
- Experience with AML transaction monitoring, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be able to multitask, adapt well to changing priorities, and effectively prioritize workflow to meet critical deadlines.
