This is an amazing opportunity to work with a leader in the MedTech and healthcare market performing business analysis and working with their US based companies!
As the Quality Analyst, you will support the US VP of Operations at HQ in Fort Lauderdale. You will also work with the Group Business Controller, who is based in Europe.
My client currently has 10 companies based in the US, these are mainly medical companies, each with different product lines. The companies have staff, management, and their reporting processes in place.
Your role will be to provide support with on-going projects at the businesses. This will include reviewing weekly financial and operational reports from the 10 companies. Then assisting in process improvement as it relates to operations and financial performance with management at HQ.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have;
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, corporate finance, analysis, and/or performance.
- A Bachelor of Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Strong computer skills with Windows Office, Excel and BI.
- Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
- To create a basis for the group's decision-making through forecasts and analyzes of financial flows.
- To follow up, develop and drive the areas of performance monitoring (KPIs) and reporting and reporting tools.
- To be responsible for weekly reports/MGRs and to prepare/participate in QBRs.
- To actively participate in budget and forecast work as well as business plan work.
- To ensure on-boarding of new subsidiaries in terms of reporting to Operations.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Compensation
- Base salary of 80-100K/year (depending on experience)
