Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Solid understanding of the overall QA life cycle.
• Responsible for the design and execution of test plans and test cases based on functional specifications.
• Analyze and identify system defects through functional, regression, and smoke testing. Appropriately escalate these issues as defined by the processes.
• Develop proficiency in the application and use of tools within the organization.
• Responsible for working closely with other members of the Quality Assurance team, as well as business analysts, project managers, and software developers to define testing goals and achieve delivery deadlines, while meeting the company's quality standards.
• Participate in reviews of development document deliverables such as requirements, functional design, technical design, and functional test scripts written by other team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with web application testing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Work on-site in Tallahassee, FL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with iterative development (e.g., Agile, Sprints, etc.).
• Experience using issue tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Qmetry).
• Experience related to backend testing using Transact-SQL.
