About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Analyst & Customer Support Specialist to help in implementing and quality-assuring our software. The responsibilities include developing comprehensive documentation, staying up to date on regulatory requirements, understanding customer workflows, and ensuring the overall quality of both the user interface and the backend of our product suite. This role involves training on a data submission platform, where you will play a key role in guiding customers through support calls. Your responsibilities will extend to leveraging project management skills and utilizing ticketing systems effectively. We are looking for someone with a strong eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate possesses a healthcare background, excels as a team player, and has exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience as healthcare software superuser, application analyst, QA, or project manager.
- Experience with using ticket systems
- An understanding of relational database technology and ability to develop SQL queries is desirable but not necessary.
- Knowledge of Clinical Quality Measures, HL7 or FHIR required.
- You have a strong capacity for logical thinking, with the ability to dig deep into issues and find the root cause in a complex web offering
- You understand problem isolation, writing test plans or test matrices, QA testing methodologies, and debugging. ∙You are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, where frequent releases are the norm and additional production updates are always a possibility
