Position Description:

This opportunity will be in one of our onshore delivery centers.
Candidate will join a dynamic team planning and executing a significant Atlas360 upgrade, including analysis, design, testing, and training. Come and be part of an Agile development team that communicates regularly and works together. Potential growth paths include senior subject matter expert/senior consultant, among other potential opportunities.
This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office. This role can be performed from this other preferred location - Lebanon, VA
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our CGI Atlas360 team and support our clients
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Atlas products
• Develop test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications
• Detect, document and report software failures
• Ability to analyze business / system requirements and develop test plans to help with testing
• Participate in Agile / scrum planning's, in daily standup meetings, project status meetings as well as retrospective meetings and iteration reviews
• Ability to operate cross-functionally throughout the team, including technical and functional team to test systems and reports to ensure smooth development and delivery of releases
• Ability to perform Regression and End to End testing to ensure the system meets clients' requirements
• Ability to use SQL to retrieve the data from database to perform data validations and testing
• Ability to Collaborate with team throughout release process
• Demonstrate critical thinking to analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and ask clarifying questions
• Work on continuous improvements of software QA process
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Prior experience with software product QA testing
• Self-motivated, independent and enterprising
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in the analysis and documentation of business processes
• Expertise in the analysis and troubleshooting of problems
• Experience in documenting defects and test results
• Experience in the creation of test plans, test cases and other technical documents as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience using QA automation tools and writing test scripts
• Exposure to concepts of Performance & Load Testing
• QA certification or related training
• Direct experience with Agile software development projects

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $54,200K- $133,500K."
