Summary

The Data Quality Analyst for the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine (SPHTM) maintains a comprehensive data management system and ensures consistency, quality, and integrity of the data. This position manages and optimizes processes for data collection, validation, modeling, analytics, visualization, and communication.
This position oversees collection and reporting of complex data from admissions, academic and student services, and administrative operations systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.OR • High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 6 years of proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst or in a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 2 years of related experience.• Experience working in higher education.• Proficient in higher education systems, including Slate, SOPHAS, Salesforce and Banner, or the equivalent. • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.• Ability to contribute to development of the school’s overall data strategy processes in areas relevant to the school’s operations, including enrollment management, academic program quality, student experience and accreditation.
