Job Description
Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct clinical services to include individual, family, parenting, group counseling and/or substance abuse treatment in the home and community (Telehealth may be an option).
Assessment of Mental Health issues to incorporate effective treatment strategies
Treatment planning to include the development of treatment goals, objectives, and interventions
Consultation and coordination of service with community professionals to include but not limited to lawyers, case managers, and doctors.
Provide advocacy work with schools, courts, and other social service agencies.
Attend individual and group supervisions
Completion of clinical documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in related field of psychology, counseling, social work, sociology, human services or special education and 1-4 years of Mental Health experience with children/adolescents. Stated degree and one-year experience will be considered.
Registered or eligible to be registered with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP-C, QMHP-A, and/or QMHP-T
Must hold a good driving record, current driver's license, and current auto insurance policy
Reliable transportation
