We are looking for a Pricing QA Specialist II to join our team and support the Flavors business in North America. You will serve as the main point of contact for all pricing requests to support our complex pricing protocols and be that last step for our customers as they bring new products to the market. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week. 75% of time will be dedicated at the Amboy, IL facility and the other 25% will be dedicated to the Carpentersville, IL location (subject to change).

What you'll do:

• Lead the integration of the current quality assurance and food safety processes into one integrated process:
  • HACCP system, regulartory audits, QSR, SOP's, food safety audits, and standardized work instructions
• Develop and execute to meet all Sensient Flavors requirements related to quality and food safety programs
• Develop and maintain systems to assure compliance to all food safety requirements including Commitment, Document Control and Records, Specifications, Attaining Food Safety, Verification, Product Identification Trace and Recall, Incident Management, & Food Safety & Quality Pre-requisite Programs
• Internal Audit program & External Food Safety Audits as needed
• Conduct training and maintain all pertinent records for critical food safety and quality requirements

What you'll bring:

• BS/BA Degree preferred or at least 5 years' experience in related food or dairy business 
• A comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Strong computer skills with experience using Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
• PCQI Certification preferred
• HACCP Certification from a nationally/internationally recognized and accredited training firm.
• SQF Practitioner Certification preferred; Knowledge of or experience with 3rd Party Certification
• Ability to work with cross-functional departments within the organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
