Qa Manager/ Inspector

JM Industries is looking for a quality inspector that is highly motivated and looking to grow with a small company. We work in the mining and construction equipment field.

Responsibilities:

•1st piece inspection

•In-process floor inspection

•Final Inspection

•Calibration

•Building Gage Biock/ Jo Block Buildups

•First Article Inspection Reports/ Production Part Approval Process

•US Citizen

*2+YearsofQAexperience (Required)

•3+Years in a Machine Shop Setting (Preferred)

•High School Diploma or GED (Required)

•2 to 4year College Education (Preferred)

•Basic Mathematical understanding

•Strong comprehension of reading and interpreting blueprints

•Timely and dependable

•Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment

Skills:

Applicants must possess a working knowledge of the following gages:

•Caliper

•Micrometers

•Profilometer

'•Comparator/Shadow Graph

•CMM (preferable)
