Peraton is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Data Management Program Administrator to work on the Digital Transformation, Acquisition, Modernization, and Modification (DTAMM) program. Become part of our team where we will partner with the United States Space Force (USSF) to employ modernization and digital transformation efforts that enable the acceleration of a national launch cadence across the Eastern Range (ER) and Western Range (WR).
The Space Force is focused on developing a scalable system capable of responding to the demands of National Security Space Agencies' objectives and DoD's Test and Evaluation (T&E) needs as well as ensuring the Nation's ability to access space. The Range Architectural line of effort will be enabled through innovative employment of cloud technologies, software development services, AI/ML, hardware modernization, and cyber security strategies. These efforts will improve data acquisition, processing, and distribution while enhancing collaboration between government and commercial launch partners. Prototypes and emerging technologies will be advanced into the LTRS architecture and incrementally delivered as operational capabilities, supporting the objectives of increased launch capacity and tempo for our nations ER and WR spaceports. The Quality Assurance/Data Management Program Administrator will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
• Implements and administers the DTAMM program Quality Assurance and Data Management functions.
• Manages the adaptation of new or existing Internal Operating Plans and Procedures and process improvement initiatives based on contractual requirements.
• Empowers and facilitates program, project managers, and technical teams to utilize IOP's and best practices.
• Requires experience with execution of hardware/software/system development, fielding and maintenance programs, quality assurance teams, and process improvement initiatives.
• Must be able to implement and maintain ISO 20000, ISO 27000, ISO 9001, CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC programs from ground up.
• Regularly meets with customers and obtains feedback via face-to-face meetings and/or online customer satisfaction surveys.
• Responsible for DTAMM program process improvement initiatives.
• Manages the development and/or modification of processes, procedures, templates, and other process artifacts for organizational process improvement efforts.
• Participates in functions such as: technical project planning/scheduling, training and mentorship to personnel, ensuring proper resourcing, and status reporting to senior management for all process improvement, QA, DM and customer satisfaction activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience implementing and administering Quality Assurance and Data Management programs in a complex technical program
• Ability to work with senior customer and user representatives to define and implement QA/DM policies and procedures consistent with the customer processes and as contractually required.
• Experience working with technically diverse project teams in a high operations tempo environment
• Experience preparing and delivering written reports and customer briefings.
• Active Secret Clearance Required
Desired Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining multiple instrumentation baselines as modernization projects evolve.

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
