Title: Immigration Case Specialist
Description:
Stoll Keenon Ogden is seeking a full time Immigration Case specialist for employment-based immigration law practice. Individual will work with supervising attorneys, paralegals and case managers to prepare employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions.
Job Responsibilities:
Duties will include building database records for new clients/cases; updating case management system with case information; assisting with drafting of documents in support of labor certification and visa petitions including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1/E-2, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 petitions.
Required skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including experience with MS Excel (e.g., data entry, building formulas, creating charts & graphs). Preference to be given to candidates with prior experience with immigration-related database management systems such as LawLogix, and prior experience with immigration research tools such as AILA Infonet, LEXIS/NEXIS, and Westlaw.
Knowledge & Experience:
Preference given to individuals with a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in employment-based immigration law or closely related field.
Job Type: Full time. Normal work week 37.5 hours. Work additional or irregular hours to perform essential duties may as required.
