Jane Marie is looking for a Purchasing Analyst/Manager to join our buying team! You will be joining a growing team with positive culture in the fashion and gift industry. You will coordinate with suppliers all over the world with product forecasts, and and be trained in logistics so those products arrive on time!
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and manage a task from start to completion in a timely manner
- Keen sense of attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiating skills; exercises good judgment and makes sound business decisions
- Ability to read and reconcile basic invoices
- Ability to read and comprehend basic financial statements
- Technology skills, moderate to high efficiency in Excel and spreadsheets, general computer skills
- Ability to work with design and sales teams to formulate inventory/product forecasts
