The SPEC Purchasing/Commercial Coordinator will work closely with our commercial contractors and vendors as well as be responsible for streamlining and coordinating the purchasing and delivery of low slope products both into the warehouse and direct to the job site.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating Commercial Jobs
- Sales Order Entry
- Purchasing Inventory for the Branch
- Commercial Job Invoicing
- Developing & Maintaining Vendor Relationships
- Advising Customers on Inventory Levels & Pricing
- Answering the Phone and Directing Callas
- Scheduling & Answering Question Regarding Deliveries for Customers
- Additional Duties or Responsibilities may be Required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years minimum experience working with Low Slope Roofing Products
- Minimum education required: GED or High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of computers & software
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization & communication skills
- Strong math skills
- High energy level and a desire to succeed
