- Manage and maintain Punch List documentation for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely completion of Punch List items
- Review Punch List items for accuracy and completeness
- Track progress of Punch List items and update project status accordingly
- Communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding Punch List items and resolution
- Maintain organized records of all Punch List activities
```Qualifications```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with office procedures and phone systems
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and subcontractors
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in project coordination is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Pro Core is preferred
