Psychiatric Nurse

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee program activities and operations
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Supervise program staff and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program services
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral health, or related field
- Experience in program management and development
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Ability to budget, manage resources, and meet program goals
- Experience supervising staff is preferred
