Job Title: Proposal Writer

AttainX, Inc. is in search of a dynamic and experienced Proposal Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for delivering winning proposals to facilitate the expansion of our customer base. The individual in this role will be performing proposal writing for the company’s proposal process in response to U.S. government requests for proposals (RFPs) and serve as Proposal Writer/editor. The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and ensuring proposals are in accordance with requirements and detailed follow-through will be the key to success in this role.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in FEDERAL government contract proposal development.
• Able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
• High level of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated self-starter and problem solver.
• Enthusiastic team contributor and supporter.
• Familiar with government contractor environment and protocol.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the necessary personality and leadership skills to engage and motivate a diverse group of Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants and Subcontractors is required.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and oral); including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a necessity.
• Exceptional facilitation and organization skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Job Duties:

• A working knowledge and understanding of complex government and military contracts are required.
• Ability to work with various team members to identify potential opportunities and implement process of proposals.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to write assigned proposal sections
• Monitor adherence to the schedule.
• Perform and/or ensure color team recovery is conducted.
• Conduct post-delivery activities, archive or status the proposal in SharePoint.
• Monitor and guide the activities of the copy to support content providers as needed.
• Write and edit copy to support content providers as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
