SalaryCape Fox Shared Services is seeking a Proposal Manager with skills and interest in proposal writing to join our growing team in Chantilly, VA. The selected candidate for this role primarily will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, responding to RFIs and Sources Sought notices, and assisting with other business development activities in support of our business growth goals, strategic initiatives, and diverse service offerings. This position is a highly visible role that works closely with executive leadership, business development and capture personnel, and operations management. Duties are performed within a team environment and focus on the development and delivery of compelling and differentiated proposals to Federal Government customer requirements. The Proposal Manager is responsible for planning, facilitating, coordinating, and conducting the development and tailoring of proposal content based on the outputs of the capture strategy development process.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5+ years’ experience in Federal proposal development (to include extensive writing)
Experience with an Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) is a plus
Experience with broad service offerings – information technology, healthcare, cyber security and/or facilities support services is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
