Job Description
We are looking for an individual who wants to grow and expand with our growing Property Management company!
As a Property Manager your duties will include but not limited to: properly assessing and coordinating tenant repairs through assigning vendors, processing timely invoicing, obtaining owner approvals and follow up.
Position will allow for development of skills in areas of lease preparation, property inspections, and HOA compliance all while building relationships with tenants and owners
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
*Resolve compliance issues and initiate corrective action, enforce rules of occupancy and community rules
*Perform property inspections as needed
*Assist in preparing property and financial reports
*Perform move-outs and move-ins, including walk-throughs and preparing security deposit payouts
*Prepare new and renewal leases
*Financial oversight: collect rents, send 7-days notices, and create bills and invoices for payment
*On behalf of ownership, act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the successful day to day operation and maintenance of the properties
*Deliver best in class customer service through quick and effective response to customer inquiries
*Read, understand, interpret legal documents (lease agreements, contractor & service agreements, etc.), and governmental regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
*Valid Nevada Real Estate license and Property Management permit
*Two years of work experience in Residential Property Management (not apartment management)
*Exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
*Experience in facilitating maintenance requests from a tenant, including investigating and resolving tenant inquiries
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Current Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation (some travel may be required)
