Position Overview:
As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our Class A/luxury apartment community with 255 units. You will be responsible for leasing upscale apartments, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and contributing to the overall success of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Marketing:
- Conduct property tours to showcase apartment units, amenities, and community features.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
Tenant Relations:
- Cultivate strong relationships with current residents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Process rental applications, leases, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activity, resident interactions, and market trends.
- Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, including unit inspections and key management.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitors' offerings.
- Conduct regular market surveys to benchmark pricing and amenities.
- Make recommendations for pricing adjustments and incentive programs to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs and maintain property appearance.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in luxury apartment communities or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
