Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently oversee day-to-day property operations, striving to achieve established financial and operational goals.
• Demonstrate prudence in financial management, adhering to the approved budget and overseeing maintenance repairs and expenditures.
• Lead and supervise the lease enforcement process, handling approvals for prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Provide mentorship to property staff, ensuring team goals are met through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
• Foster a strong client/owner relationship by delivering regular performance updates and addressing owner requests as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous property management experience is mandatory, with a proven track record in managing properties with 80+ units.
• Display exceptional leadership and supervisory skills, effectively directing and evaluating team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi/OneSite software.
• Possesses strong financial acumen, including experience in budget creation and fiscal reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
